Six Week Personal Training Sessions with Master Garbowsky


Personal training sessions include a specific strength and fitness training program over a 6 week period. The program includes the following:

  • 6 Week Individual Fitness and Strength Training Program tailored to specific needs
  • A copy of the Martial Fit Training Program including a basic diet
  • Twice weekly Training Sessions that are conducted one-on-one or in small groups

The individual training sessions can last between between 30 and 45 minutes depending on personal needs.
